Appointment Information
Prepare For Your Appointment​

Please be prepared for your appointment no later than 15 from the time we arrive.

If you are not prepared for your appointment when we arrive, we will only honor the remaining time value as we adhere to a tight schedule to ensure fairness to all our clients. (Please note: you will still be charged for the time session you booked even if you are late and your session is shortened as a result. There are no exceptions.)

For hair play appointments, please make sure you have clean hair and a clean scalp, we also ask that your hair is brushed thoroughly and tangle free to ensure a smooth session.
Safety Information

Hygiene is very important to us, so we ask that you are considerate.

We cannot provide service to anyone with open wounds, sores, or head lice. We will check your scalp upon arrival. Please be considerate and let us know before we begin working on you if you have anything listed above, or anything that might affect your service.

Please let us know if you have any allergies to certain hair care or herbal ingredients ahead of time, or allergies to fragrance or any essential oils.
Booking Info & Cancellation Policy

There is a $15 non-refundable deposit for 20 min. and $20 non-refundable deposit for 30 min. appointment bookings.

Your deposit will go toward your session.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice.

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for deposits. If you cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, your deposit will be converted to a service credit that can be used towards a future appointment. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit.

We do not issue refunds after services are rendered as we put our time and effort into each service, we cannot issue you a refund for any reason.
